Privacy Policy

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Full payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. You can pay using a credit or debit card via Paypal, which is secure and safe; by direct bank transfer, or by cheque.

Shipping

Once payment has been made, your lampshades may take up to 10 working days before dispatching, due to each one being made to order.  Delivery is then usually 1-2 days thereafter.

UK (Mainland) - 
Items are shipped using a 2 day courier service. 

US & Europe - 

There will be an additional cost for standard or tracked.  It will be the buyers responsibility to handle any customs fees that are incurred.

Also, please allow for longer for any international delivery timescales and any delays in the postal service, including at customs.

Refunds & Exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

If you have any queries with your order please contact me within 2 working days of receiving your delivery so that I can do my best to sort it out.

Refunds will only be accepted for damaged or faulty goods and within 30 days of receiving them

No refunds will be accepted for where the design placement may vary slightly on the lampshade

Discounted/Sale items are non refundable.
